Our traditional role has been the preparation of a design brief in consultation with the Client or Client Organisation. We advise on the procurement of the Design Team Consultants and Contractors, and can assist in their selection. We provide regular reports and updates to our Clients to keep them informed of progress on their projects.

In recent year the service of Employers Agent has become more complex. On Design and Build contracts we can prepare all the tender documents, including the Employers Requirements, select tendering contractors, analyse tenders and make recommendations accordingly. Once on site we can administer the contract. We certify monthly payments, issue variations and certify completion. Following the Defects Liability Period, we settle the Final Account and issue the Final Certificate.
