The design of this modern speculative office development created a net lettable floor space of 1350 sq.m (14,162 sq.ft), over four floors, with an underground car park.
The project was procured by way of a two-stage tender process.
The project was initially tendered on a sketch scheme with approximate quantities.
The Design Team then worked up the production drawings and specification with the successful contractor, whilst negotiating the contract sum.
We worked with the contractor to ensure all production information had improved buildability to suit the contractor’s proposed working methods.
The project was completed on programme and within budget.
