This project was a fast-track refurbishment of a 1980’s office building.
We were Design Team Leaders and provided the architectural services. The client wished to have a contemporary image for the building, and this was achieved by rendering the brick walls and using contemporary colours.
Internally the contemporary image was reinforced by the use of marble, glass and fabric wallpapers in the public areas.
The project also created roof-top balconies on the third floor giving magnificent views across Douglas bay.
The project was completed on programme and within budget.
