The Design Team was led by a Project Manager and we provided the architectural and interior design services.
The project was procured by a negotiation process with the main contractor and the main services subcontractors.
The project included some fire engineering as the building only had a single stair.
The low floor to floor height also meant the ceilings were designed to be installed between the floor beam-casings, with recessed lighting to all areas.

The project was completed on programme and within budget.
Our service was a full service precontract but a partial service on site, under the RIBA Architect’s Appointment.
