This project was the substantial refurbishment of twenty-eight semi-detached houses. The scope of the works included re-roofing, loft insulation, re-rendering and new entrance canopies externally, and new kitchens, bathrooms and rewiring internally.

The project was in five phases over a period of six years. The first three phases were competitively tendered and the last two phases were negotiated with the incumbent contractor.
