Our client acquired this derelict property, partly converted to flats. The whole of the existing structure was removed inside the external walls.
The resulting refurbishment is an outstanding example of interaction and co-operation between client, architect and contractor. Existing features such as fireplaces were retained, refurbished and refixed. Period features such as sliding sashes and shutter boxes were faithfully reproduced.
The quality of the finished house, fittings and fixtures is a credit to the whole team involved in the project.
