Our Client acquired this unique site close to the heart of Douglas. It was a relatively small house set in its own large landscaped grounds with a lake.
The scope of the works included the partial demolition and refurbishment of the existing house with a large extension to the side and front elevation.
The project provided new bedrooms, kitchen, dining room with a swimming pool and large games room internally. The grounds were relandscaped to provide a new tennis court with new brick pavers and cobbled hard standing around the house.
