Contract Value: £2,8 million
Contract Duration: 90 weeks

The development provides 32 elderly persons flats, on an elevated site enjoying extensive sea views over the outlying village of Onchan.
The building plan-form responds to the shape and topography of the site. The ‘Y’ shape splits the site into two distinct areas. The area to the front of the building contains the public spaces, landscaped car parks and fountain, with the land to the sides and rear of the building containing the private landscaped gardens for the sole use of the residents.
The building is designed to reflect the Island’s Arts and Crafts heritage.
