The two accommodation blocks contain twelve two-bedroom flats, built around a landscaped courtyard car park with gardens and seating areas.
Our role included a full service under the Architect’s Appointment and whilst on site we provided the client with monthly progress and financial statements and chaired the regular site meetings. We were the contract administrators for the project.
